Serving the community that I call home, in my mind, is the right thing to do. I'm a charter member of San Antonio CFM, a citrus grower for over 70 years, and a co-founder of a local bank.  Real estate knowledge became a necessary skill for me to learn, but the ethics are crucial.  To me, If there is something to be done, then it should be done right the first time.  This is the best advice you will ever get for free from an old man that has lived a very blessed life! 

My boys all know how much doing the right thing means to me.  Sometimes the right thing is to walk away. Because, no amount of money can stack up higher than the trust people put in you at the beginning of a relationship. San Antonio, Dade City, Zephyrhills, Brooksville, Wesley Chapel, These are all areas I call home.  But no mater where you call home, welcome to our home!
