John Midili was born and raised in the small town of San Antonio, Florida, which is surrounded by Dade City, Zephyrhills, and Wesley Chapel. The value of personal relationships and integrity are hardwired into the people here.

In John's own words

Three generation of my family have lived and worked in this area. We started as Citrus farmers and expanded into multiple family businesses including Insurance agencies and real estate. Having a back ground in multiple industries has given me great insight into what it takes to be successful. Hard work is nothing new to me if it was farming or coaching football or running insurance agencies. You can only be successful if you are willing to put in the time and work that it takes. Vince Lombardi said “ perfection is not attainable, but if we chase perfection we can catch excellence.”  I have tried to live this in all my endeavors.

Being mentored by my Pops Paul Midili and seeing how he has made life long relationships with clients in all the family businesses taught me to treat every opportunity as a possible life long relationship, and not just another business deal.

Once you know someone, you can build mutual respect and trust.  Only then you will be able to guide them through one of the biggest decisions of their life. Buying a home is the single most valuable financial investment we can make in our lifetime! I take that very seriously!  I want to be the guy that helps people and puts their best interest ahead of just making money. Don’t get me wrong making money is important but reputation is key.
